My background spans 15 years in IT support, cyber security, systems administration and support for emerging technologies across complex regulated environments as well as SMBs and their teams.
The strength in understanding AI isn’t just in what system you can build today, it’s in understanding how to adjust things advance, and knowing how to separate flashy hype from solutions that can scale and evolve into the future.
