Frequently Asked Questions
How does pricing work?
AI Consulting For Teams pricing is based on team size, scope, and how much ongoing support you need. Terms can be by the hour, week, month to month, on call, or as the need arises.
I also offer 5, 8, and 12 hour support packages that are designed for ease of use. These packages are paid for in advance to guarantee availability, in exchange for a discounted rate. You can use them as needed, as a series of hour long training and tutorials, or as needed for monthly AI tech support.
For other engagements pricing depends on how flexible support is configured to fit your needs.
The first step is a 30-minute call to figure out what you actually want and need.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. This is month to month. If it’s not working for you, you’re not locked in.
How many people can be on the team?
Up to 25. If your team is larger reach out and we’ll figure out a strategy that makes sense.
Do we need to know anything about AI before we start?
No. If your team can use a browser , that’s enough. We start from where you are, not where you think you should be.
What AI tools do you work with?
ChatGPT (including Codex), Claude (Including Cowork, and Code), Google Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent and most tools that come bundled with CRMs and productivity suites.
If you’re using (or want to learn) something not on that list, mention it when we talk and I’ll let you know if it’s in scope.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It varies by organization and need. Consulting to training and everything in between.
It can be as simple as a 1-hour ice breaker to clear up confusion or learn a specific task, or longer engagements for larger teams that crosses into advanced usage, working with coding agents, building skills and more.
You set the pace and make consulting and support what you need it to be.
How often do we meet?
It’s different for everyone. Some engagements are scheduled strategy sessions, some meet daily, weekly, others keep me on call as an AI Support Tech. We figure that out together.
What if something comes up between sessions?
That’s part of the engagement. You’re not waiting until the next scheduled call if something breaks or a question comes up. I’m available Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST and can be reached by phone, email, Google Meet, or you can even add me to your Slack or other messaging platforms.
Do you do custom AI work?
Yes. Beyond consulting and training, I can design and build custom solutions for your organization. That includes setting up and configuring Hermes Agent, deploying and running remote agentic platforms like OpenClaw, and building agentic skills tailored to your specific tasks and workflows.
Custom work can be scoped as a standalone project or added on as we go, depending on what comes up. If you’re not sure whether what you need qualifies, bring it up on our call and we’ll figure it out.
How do we get started?
The first step is a 30-minute call to figure out where you are, what you actually need and what makes sense for you and your organization.
