1. Introduction Welcome to SMB Consultants website & services, you agree to comply with & be bound by the following terms & conditions
2. Services Provided RemoteDesk.one offers IT Support, Consulting, & Help Desk services for professionals & remote teams, including but not limited to one-hour IT consultations (“IT Power Hour”), desktop support, & ongoing consulting or support services.
3. Payment Terms
- Technology Coaching: Sessions are secured by upfront payments to confirm the time.
- Additional or Ongoing Services: Require a deposit or retainer, depending on the service. Deposits & retainers are non-refundable.
- All hourly services are subject to the first hour paid in advance.
- I do not accept checks. In the event of an exception, no work will commence until the check has cleared & passed all security checks by the bank.
- Payments can be made by credit card, debit, or wire transfer.
- Invoices are considered overdue after 3 days of non payment. After 3 business days, 10% late fee is applied. After 5 days an additional 10% is applied.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- AI Consulting Cancellations: Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A $25 cancellation fee applies. You may, however, reschedule at the next available time at no charge.
- Refunds: Requests based on dissatisfaction are handled on a case-by-case basis, which may result in a full refund, partial refund, or no refund.
5. Liability Disclaimer While I back up our work, SMB Consultants is not responsible for any damage caused by the implementation of our suggestions. It is the user’s responsibility to use final discretion & approval.
6. Privacy Policy I collect only the data necessary to create a client account, facilitate the use of our services, & for billing purposes. I do not share your information with third parties except as required to process payments or as mandated by law.

Microsoft Clarity – We partner with Microsoft Clarity & Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use & interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, & session replay to improve & market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first & third-party cookies & other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services & online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, & advertising. 7. Intellectual Property Remote Desk One retains all intellectual property rights to the services I create, including the names of our services & website content. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for their intended purpose but may not reproduce or distribute them without our written consent.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of service or your use of our services shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or arbitration will take place exclusively in the courts or arbitration venues located in Michigan.
9. Analytics -I use google Analytics to track visitors and gain insights into website traffic.
10. Marketing
By signing up for our newsletter, alerts, or creating an account on our platform, you agree to occasional marketing emails from our company to promote products or services, or inform you of relevant information. I do not share your email with anyone for any reason.
11. Changes to Terms I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
